KERIS & KASTEEL LTD is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Information in a project request
The contact form asks for your name, email address, a message and, optionally, your company and the kind of help you are looking for. These details are sent by email to KERIS & KASTEEL LTD so that your request can be reviewed and answered. The email address you provide is used as the reply address.
We use this information to respond to your request and, if you wish, to prepare and discuss a possible project. The basis for this is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Please include only what is needed to describe your request. Do not send passwords, access keys, personal data of your customers or confidential documents through the website form; if such material is needed later, we will agree a suitable way to share it.
Website security
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine requests from automated ones. The verification service processes technical information needed for that check. More information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
To reduce abuse, the form handler applies a request limit based on a hashed network identifier and request timestamps. The hosting environment may keep technical access and error logs.
Service providers
Website hosting, email delivery and verification providers may process information as part of operating the website and delivering your request. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies.
Retention
Request correspondence and technical records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain security and meet applicable legal requirements, and are then deleted.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or object to its processing. To make a request, contact [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; in Cyprus this is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website or the request process changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
